El Camino College
El Camino College transformed its administrative facilities with the $16.9 million Administration Building replacement project. This project entailed the demolition of the existing Building, and replaced it with a new 27,000 SF facility to centralize administrative services.
The new facility houses the offices for Institutional Research, Marketing & Communications, the Board of Trustees, Academic Affairs, Administrative Services, Student Services and more. This project empowers ECC administrative staff with an up-to-date facility in a centralized location.
Working with tBP Architecture, P2S played a crucial role in providing comprehensive MEPT services for both the demolition of the old structure and the construction of the new building. Our team was responsible for the design, development, and implementation of MEPT systems which aimed to provide an optimized and comfortable environment for the College's administrators and staff.
