Travis Taylor brings a rare combination of deep operational expertise, proven leadership, and a strong alignment with P2S’s client-first culture. Having been an integral part of P2S for more than a decade, Travis has consistently demonstrated a collaborative leadership style, a commitment to continuous improvement, and an unwavering focus on delivering value to clients, supporting our people, and strengthening the communities we serve.
With more than 30 years of experience in the A/E industry—including 25 years in senior operational roles—Travis has successfully led organizations across a wide range of environments, from entrepreneurial firms to large global engineering companies. His experience includes launching and leading an international office in South America, overseeing regional market operations in Southern California, and managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs with a focus on performance, accountability, and results.
At P2S, Travis has played a key role in shaping how we deliver projects and serve our clients. He has led major infrastructure and HVAC improvement programs, strengthened our project management practices as Director of Project Management, and championed firmwide initiatives focused on innovation, operational excellence, and employee well-being. His leadership has directly contributed to improved consistency, quality, and client satisfaction across our portfolio.
Travis holds an MBA from San Diego State University with an emphasis in organizational systems and is a graduate of the ACEC Senior Executive Institute. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, clients can expect continuity in leadership, a disciplined focus on execution, and a continued commitment to delivering high-quality, forward-thinking solutions.
