Chris Peterson has over ten years of experience working in the construction industry on numerous projects throughout Southern California, on the owners’ side and the contracting side. He is experienced in project construction management and his proven record of successfully completing difficult projects on time and under budget are an invaluable asset to our clients. Chris ensures satisfaction through continuous communication and coordination, with both owners and subcontractors. He is well-versed in interpreting contracts and developing scopes and cost estimates. He has shown a commitment to achieving objectives and exceeding expectations, taking the lead on operations such as providing on-site construction administration, managing and collaboration with design professionals, review and processing of progress payments, monitoring the overall budget and schedule, running weekly OAC meetings, and daily coordination the construction inspector of record. He is highly skilled in the review, estimation, negotiation, and processing of change orders. His dedication to all duties serves as an invaluable asset to all projects in which he collaborates.
