Chris Peterson is a seasoned construction professional with extensive industry experience. He began his career in general contracting, specializing in commercial, residential, and healthcare construction, where he gained invaluable hands-on knowledge of building processes. His expertise further developed as an Owner’s Representative, managing contractors and ensuring the highest standards on every project.
Throughout his career, Chris has held key roles such as Project Engineer, Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Inspector, and Construction Manager. This diverse experience has provided him with a deep understanding of construction processes and project management principles. His proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget is a significant asset to our clients.
With over a decade of experience, Chris is recognized for his leadership and project management skills. His comprehensive knowledge, combined with strong interpersonal abilities, enables him to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
As the Director of Construction Management at P2S, Chris oversees the field staff, provides support for active projects, pursues new business opportunities, and ensures all projects meet the highest P2S standards. Chris is a Certified Construction Manager through the Construction Management Association of America and a California Commercial Building Inspector certified by the International Code Council, underscoring his commitment to excellence in the field.
