He has managed over 400 education projects and developed sustainability master plans, utility master plans, and electrical standards, and designed award-winning LEED Certified buildings for various higher education, K-12, municipal, commercial, and industrial facilities. Widely recognized as a leader in the sustainable design and zero net energy (ZNE) building communities, Aravind regularly shares his insights at industry conferences.

Jesse Urquidi
, P2S, Associate Principal & Project Development Director – Jesse, our moderator, boasts over 30 years of experience. He is a Certified Professional Business Developer from The Business Development Guild and holds positions on the Board of Directors, Southern California Chapter of the Association for Learning Environments and Board of Directors, Program Committee Chairman for the Construction Management Association of America.

Jenny Delgado
, CannonDesign, Principal, Senior Architect – Jenny has over 20 years of architectural experience and has become an expert in project delivery as well as client and student engagement. She is the Higher Education Market Leader at CannonDesign and also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the AIA Long Beach/South Bay chapter and chairs the team’s Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion committee.
