Stephen Kazim has ten years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on HVAC and sustainability design, primarily working in the healthcare market. His projects have included work from conceptual design through construction documents, focusing on providing energy-efficient buildings with the owners with the lowest life cycle costs.
Stephen has worked with various teams of engineers and trained newer engineers to develop all aspects of properly operating HVAC systems, emphasizing the goals of proper installation, simple operation, and energy efficiency. He currently is a corresponding member of ASHRAE Technical Committee 6.2 for District Energy and a member of the California Society of Healthcare Engineers.
