Charlie brings a diverse wealth of technical knowledge to his passion for working with schools. He has been leading the P2S K-12 market for five years. He advocates for owners' project value, understanding a school's balance between cost, maintainability, and the desire to enhance the educational environment.
Charlie has excellent customer service, responsive consulting practices, and sound engineering judgment. He advocates for design efficiency, due diligence, and verification site visits for owner project value. He is currently managing projects at LAUSD, Anaheim Elementary School District, Long Beach USD, Santa Monica-Malibu USD, Lowell Joint School District, and Manhattan Beach USD. Charlie's professional affiliations include the NCQLP, IES, IEEE and the NFPA.
For Charlie, working in schools for P2S is more than simply developing a business. After he and his wife became aware of the vast need for children's homes right in their back yard, they decided to become licensed foster parents. Involvement in the foster care system has permeated many areas of Charlie's life. In addition to fostering his children, he also volunteers with non-profits that help children and families in crises. Working with kids has impacted Charlie's work as the K-12 market lead for P2S. He desires to see kids flourish and is grateful to help develop facilities that allow children to thrive in their educational environment.
